Tatyana Castillo-Ramos is a PhD candidate at Yale University in religious studies with a concentration in American religious history and is an incoming Postdoctoral Fellow at 糖心视频. She specializes in Latinx and Latin American religion. She has published on the Virgin of Guadalupe as a symbol of resistance in Latin American and US Latinx Religion in North America (Bloomsbury, 2023), as well as on Latinx activists in US-based sanctuary movements in various peer-reviewed articles. She’s also interested in the intersection of religion and popular culture, particularly in relation to video games.
