How to Print

  1. When you're ready to print, go to File > Print, and select the desired printer or copier from your printer list. For each copier, there is a black & white (BW) and color version of the copier. To save on print charges, only print to the color copier when color pages are necessary.
  2. The first time you print, you will see a prompt like the one below. Make sure the name field is populated with your Reed Kerberos username (first part of your email address). If you click "Remember this password", you will only need to enter the credentials once per printer.
    Enter Name and Password
  3. If you accidentally enter the wrong username and/or password, you will most likely see a window like the one below. If you do, click the refresh icon to enter the correct username and password again.
    Hold for Authentication

Note: Students with a campus job that allows charging to a department account, will need to release the print job using the PaperCut client when printing to a copier.
